Deborah E. Flores

Debi has been on the Musical Theatre Southwest Board for two years as the Treasurer. Her career in banking has lasted over 40 years in various banks in Albuquerque which made her duties as Treasurer a good match. She started as a Teller in the now defunct First National Bank in Albuquerque, worked in lending and became a Branch Manager at Charter Bank years later before finally moving to US Bank where she is now in the Treasury Management department. Her love of the theatre started in high school and has grown over the years. When asked to join the board, it made perfect sense to try and do her best to support the community in this capacity.

Hope Ruiz

Hope has been involved with community theatre for 8 years volunteering with front of house duties. Hope joined the MTS board of directors 1.5 years ago and has enjoyed continuing to make this theatre organization great. Hope is not a performer but brings with her patron and volunteer perspectives. Hope works full time as a process engineer for Intel and is thankful that her employer supports MTS through Hope's volunteer hours. Hope is excited to engage more as the board secretary and looks forward to a great year with her theatre family.

Angie Alley

It is a real honor for Angie to serve on the Board of Directors for Musical Theater Southwest. She serves as the Secretary, and the Chair of the Amigos. For 14 years, Angie has worked in her dream job as a College Instructor. She currently is a Full-Time Communications Instructor at CNM and speaker coach for TEDxABQ, and she loves every minute of it. Outside the classroom, Angie surrounds herself with her favorite people—her family at MTS. She has performed in 35 musicals and is excited for the next 35 years. Angie has found a home and community at MTS that is very near and dear to her. Angie is married to a wonderful, supportive, and loving husband. Together they parent the best toy poodle, Archie, who loves chicken, licking noses, clapping his paws to showtunes, and of course, Angie.
