Tickets are required for every member of your party, regardless of age. In consideration of others, please ensure the show is suitable for and of interest to your child. Strollers are not allowed in the theater. Per fire code, standing in the back is prohibited.
When purchasing tickets online, please wait until you receive a confirmation number. Without a confirmation number you can print and bring with you, you do not have a ticket. For questions during or after purchase, please contact our Office Staff at 505-265-9119, [email protected]
Online ticket purchases must be exchanged through our Office Staff at 505-265-9119, [email protected]. MTS will exchange tickets for most shows purchased through the MTS Box Office. Exchanges must be for the same show and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the performance originally purchased. All sales are final. No refunds.
MTS is committed to providing accessible environments. Seating for people with disabilities is available in designated areas in the venues. Fire code prohibits wheelchairs and walkers to block the aisles. Please let us know at the time of ticket purchase to insure we reserve your seat ahead of time or email [email protected]
If you would like to see a show that is sold out, please arrive early to add your name to our waiting list. Five (5) minutes prior to showtime, unclaimed reservations may be released for walk-up sales.
